About the role
The Finance Auxiliary Junior will support standard operational finance activities across the Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Record to Report processes. This full‑time permanent position is based in Buenos Aires and reports to the Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, maintain documentation and ensure audit compliance.
- Execute process deliverables accurately and error‑free.
- Update master data and manage its impact across multiple systems.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations and address concerns.
- Initiate and assist in continuous process improvements.
- Escalate issues promptly to the Operations Manager and propose action plans.
- Provide accurate, timely information for external, internal and client audits.
