About the role

The Finance Account Officer will support customers through the financing and leasing process for vehicle purchases, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Working closely with car buyers and the sales team, the role bridges customer needs with suitable financing solutions and lending institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financing and leasing options for vehicle purchases and guide customers through the process.
• Assess customer creditworthiness by reviewing financial documents and running credit reports.
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and leasing companies to secure competitive terms.
• Prepare and process all required paperwork for loans, leases, and vehicle registrations in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering financial advice.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose customized financial solutions.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, financing trends, and dealership policies to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in automotive finance, leasing, or similar financial services.
• Strong understanding of vehicle financing options and leasing terms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
