FI Accounting Specialist

About the role

The FI Accounting Specialist will support Nokia's Local Accounting team by collecting, consolidating and entering financial data, ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and input financial information using defined tools and processes.
• Perform preventative quality controls and corrective actions when errors are identified.
• Prepare complex analyses and reports to support decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with Nokia accounting principles, internal controls, and external regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve accounting issues promptly.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members.
• Lead small, low‑risk projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 4‑5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of tax‑compliance experience.
• Background in a Big 4 consulting firm or a multinational company with structured processes.
• Strong communication skills and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Results‑driven, analytical mindset with the ability to simplify processes.
