Executive Assistant – Remote for Small Business Support

About the role

Higher Options is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide remote support to a portfolio of small‑to‑medium sized businesses. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, helping executives stay organized and focused while driving business initiatives forward.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Assist with project timelines, monitor key tasks, and ensure smooth execution of events and deliverables.
• Facilitate clear communication between executives, clients, and team members, handling high‑volume correspondence.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations; maintain digital filing systems and perform accurate data entry.
• Track performance metrics, compile reports, and create visual presentations to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably remote.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a growth mindset and ability to adapt quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft 365.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Asana and Slack.
