Ethics & Compliance – Compliance Resource Center Specialist

About the role

The Compliance Resource Center (CRC) Specialist joins PwC’s Ethics & Compliance team to provide high‑quality guidance and support on ethics, compliance and independence matters. You will work closely with partners, employees, third‑party vendors and candidates, helping them navigate complex regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat and self‑service tickets covering a wide range of ethics, compliance and independence topics.
• Develop, maintain and communicate policies and procedures that ensure adherence to external laws, regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse facts, identify patterns and deliver accurate, timely advice.
• Utilise technology and data‑driven tools to monitor compliance trends and support risk‑mitigation initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CRC by capturing feedback and updating knowledge resources.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather information from diverse sources.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex concepts clearly.

Required skills
