About the role

We are looking for a senior Tax Transformation Specialist to lead the digital modernization of our tax processes. You will act as the bridge between the tax department and technology teams, ensuring that tax requirements are translated into effective IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

Design innovative solutions to automate and improve tax controls.
Collaborate with tax experts and IT developers to define functional requirements.
Create and execute testing scenarios to verify system compliance with tax regulations.
Participate in the conception and rollout of tax tools focused on user needs.
Continuously monitor and refine digital tax processes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting.
At least 5 years of experience in tax project implementation, preferably in Big‑Four firms or multinational companies.
Strong knowledge of indirect taxes.

Required skills

Proficiency with data analysis tools.
Experience using visualization tools.
Familiarity with AI tools for process automation.
