Entrepreneurship Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking seasoned entrepreneurship educators and business practitioners to help shape AI systems that generate startup strategy content. In this remote, hourly contract you will apply your real‑world expertise to ensure AI‑produced scenarios are accurate, practical, and strategically sound.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated startup and entrepreneurship scenarios for realism and relevance.
• Assess business models, assumptions, and go‑to‑market strategies for soundness.
• Identify unrealistic financial projections, logical flaws, or missing strategic elements.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience teaching entrepreneurship, small‑business, or startup strategy.
• Strong command of business model design and early‑stage decision‑making.
• Ability to critically evaluate written business plans and strategic scenarios.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable delivering clear, applied feedback.
• Nice to have: MBA or graduate degree focused on entrepreneurship; experience as a founder, advisor, or venture ecosystem participant; familiarity with AI evaluation workflows.
