Endoscopy Technician – Mexico City

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a motivated Endoscopy Technician to support commercial and clinical activities within its Endoscopy business in Mexico City. You will provide technical assistance during procedures, ensure product readiness, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and procedural support during endoscopy cases and product demonstrations.
• Assist physicians, nurses, and hospital staff with product handling and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate logistics and manage inventory for consignment and procedure support.
• Ensure product availability and readiness for scheduled procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and product utilization.
• Support sales representatives and clinical specialists in account development activities.
• Assist with customer training sessions and educational workshops.
• Build strong professional relationships with physicians, nurses, biomedical personnel, and purchasing teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in endoscopy, operating‑room support, medical devices, or a healthcare environment (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced clinical settings and handle urgent situations.
• Problem‑solving attitude and flexibility to work weekends or off‑schedule when needed.
• English proficiency and willingness to travel locally as required.
