End User Support Specialist – Onsite Weekly Dispatch

About the role

We are looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Specialist to provide hands‑on support for Windows and Mac devices on a scheduled weekly onsite basis. The technician will ensure that end‑user systems remain operational, secure, and aligned with client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite support for Windows laptops/desktops and Apple Mac devices.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, break/fix repairs, and device troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and image Windows and macOS systems as needed.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including workstation setup and device deployment.
• Troubleshoot OS, applications, peripherals, and connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi, VPN, network access).
• Coordinate remote support with client IT teams when required.
• Escalate unresolved issues and document actions, findings, and resolutions.

Required profile

• Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
• Proven ability to conduct hardware diagnostics and break/fix support.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and VPN troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
