Email Marketing Strategist – Optimize Revenue

About the role

We are a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer health and wellness brand generating mid 8‑figure revenue. We need a data‑driven Email Marketing Strategist to own and scale our email revenue engine, ensuring every campaign, flow and promotion delivers maximum ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze email performance metrics and uncover revenue‑boosting opportunities across all campaigns and automated flows.
• Design, execute and interpret A/B and multivariate tests on templates, subject lines, copy, CTAs, offers and promotions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize automated email flows to ensure correct firing and high conversion rates.
• Conduct regular audits to identify gaps, broken flows and missed revenue potential.
• Develop and refine segmentation strategies for personalized, high‑converting experiences.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to manage the promotional calendar and assets.
• Stay ahead of email marketing trends, platform updates and best practices.
• Document processes and build testing frameworks to scale optimization efforts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing strategy with proven revenue growth.
• Systems‑thinking mindset, turning data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort running multivariate tests.
• Excellent copywriting with a direct‑response focus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and obsessed with continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email service providers such as Klaviyo, Attentive or similar.
• Advanced use of Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Experience with analytics platforms and project‑management tools.
• Hands‑on expertise in A/B testing and multivariate testing.
