Email Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own our retention marketing programs from strategy through execution. You will plan, create, automate and analyse campaigns that nurture and re‑engage our bilingual audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly campaign calendars aligned with business goals.
• Write copy, design assets and launch email and SMS campaigns without external designers.
• Build, monitor and optimise automated flows such as welcome, post‑purchase, browse abandonment, win‑back and retention sequences.
• Perform deep audience segmentation to improve deliverability, open rates and list health.
• Track revenue attribution, CTR, conversion rates and run A/B tests on subject lines, content and send times.
• Manage email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and ensure compliance with CAN‑SPAM, TCPA and related regulations.
• Document standard operating procedures for scalable execution.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience in email marketing.
• Experience with a major marketing automation platform – Klaviyo preferred; OmniSend, Postscript or Attentive valued.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
