About the role

Sendly, an eCommerce email marketing agency, is looking for a remote Email Marketing Copywriter. You will craft persuasive email copy that helps eCommerce brands turn subscribers into customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Write email campaign copy for offers, product launches, promotions, education, social proof and re‑engagement.
• Develop automated email flows, considering the customer journey and timing.
• Create compelling subject lines and preview text aligned with each brand’s voice.
• Research each client’s website, products, reviews, competitors and customer language before writing.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver clean, accurate copy on tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience writing email copy for eCommerce brands.
• Fluent English with strong grammar and clear structure.
• Available to work during US business hours.
• Previous experience creating email flows and campaign sequences.

Required skills

• Email copywriting focused on conversion.
• Ability to adapt tone and voice to different brands.
• Research skills to understand product and audience nuances.
