Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator – Associate

About the role

The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator supports the Early Careers recruiting strategy at EY GDS. Working closely with Referral Relationship Managers and recruiters, the coordinator ensures a smooth, high‑quality candidate experience from referral intake to final disposition.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Early Careers referral management recruiting strategy.
• Utilise the Early Careers Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and report on candidate pipelines.
• Support risk‑management steps, including resume, transcript, and pre‑hire requirement reviews, as well as offer and evaluation processes.
• Organise and execute candidate selection processes and communications as directed by recruiters.
• Plan and manage virtual interview logistics, handling cancellations, rescheduling, and technology issues.
• Maintain interviewer lists and provide status updates to recruiters and client‑service teams.
• Support virtual webinars and onboarding sessions such as EY Next Steps.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and check requests on behalf of the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in recruiting or a related discipline (preferred).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong relationship‑building skills to collaborate with recruiters and senior team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
