DTC Creative Strategist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, data‑driven DTC Creative Strategist to join our fully remote, multicultural team. You will design innovative social media ad concepts for TikTok and Meta, helping international DTC brands achieve maximum ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fresh angles and strategies for high‑performing video ads on TikTok and Meta.
• Analyze ad account performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Lead and coordinate a creative team of editors, designers, and copywriters.
• Write compelling copy, video scripts, and creative briefs.
• Collaborate closely with clients, presenting ideas and reporting results.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) – written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in online advertising, specifically video ads for DTC brands.
• Background in a performance‑marketing agency or in‑house brand team.
• Strong understanding of the creative production process.
• Proven experience in client‑facing roles and leading creative teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
