Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing professional to design and execute data‑driven multichannel campaigns aimed at Healthcare Professionals. The role will focus on building and optimizing digital journeys that drive physician engagement, conversion and retention across a range of online touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and optimize digital journeys targeting non‑visited physicians.
• Drive performance and continuous improvement across channels such as OCE‑D (RTE, MTE, WhatsApp).
• Coordinate and execute virtual events using the On24 platform.
• Develop and launch social media campaigns to expand reach with HCPs.
• Propose, implement and optimise campaigns that leverage third‑party data.
• Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights for multichannel strategy enhancement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Health Sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience in multichannel digital marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Advanced conversational English for daily interaction with global teams.

Required skills

• Experience with OCE‑D platform.
• Proficiency in On24 for virtual events.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
