Digital Marketing Project Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will serve as the communications hub between client teams and internal specialists, ensuring that digital marketing deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Client Experience team and supported by the PMO, this role works in a fast‑paced agency environment, coordinating multiple accounts and service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, and cross‑functional team members using Asana and various communication channels.
• Create, execute, and adjust deliverable plans to meet continuously changing client needs.
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communication for all deliverables.
• Provide detailed recaps of account calls, capture action items, assign tasks in Asana, and follow up diligently.
• Conduct risk management, escalating issues proactively to mitigate impact.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work‑management platform.
• Professional approach to conflict management and mediation.
• Ability to direct teams effectively in task prioritization and execution under high pressure.

Required skills

• Asana project‑management tool.
• Subject‑matter familiarity with SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display Advertising, Feeds, Paid Social, and Analytics.
• Project‑management certifications such as CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI‑ACP (preferred).
