Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Our client is looking for a strategic, execution‑focused Digital Marketing Manager to own and lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives. This leadership position requires strong expertise in paid media, especially Google Ads, and the ability to drive measurable growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads/PPC campaigns while owning performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, identifying growth opportunities across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
• Oversee social media strategy and digital outreach, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and developers to build high‑converting landing pages and improve website structure.
• Create and refine marketing assets such as sales decks, one‑pagers, and email campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on PPC.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns.
• Strategic thinking and decision‑making ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI.
• Experience in performance reporting and delivering actionable insights.
