Digital Marketing Account Manager – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

The client is an AI‑native digital marketing agency serving multi‑location businesses such as med spas, clinics, senior living communities and dispensaries across the US and Canada. As a hands‑on Account Manager you will own a portfolio of accounts from proposal through onboarding and ongoing optimisation, writing brand copy with Claude and executing SEO, social and paid media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts, launch sites, tracking and advertising channels within two weeks.
• Write and edit brand messaging, location pages and client updates, drafting first drafts in Claude.
• Run SEO, social and paid‑media campaigns hands‑on, including conversion tracking and ad‑account structure.
• Structure multi‑location reporting, compare cost per booked appointment and reallocate budgets.
• Convert repetitive tasks into Claude‑based workflows used by the team.
• Participate in client calls across time zones.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in an agency or own practice.
• Strong technical grounding in conversion tracking, tagging and ad‑account architecture.
• Daily use of Claude AI and ability to build tools around it.
• Near‑native English for client communication and written updates.
• Experience managing several multi‑location client accounts simultaneously.
