Designer – Global Studios

About the role

We are looking for a Designer to join our Global Studios team at DEPT®. Working remotely from Buenos Aires, you will create emotive, conversion‑focused digital designs that spark conversations between people and brands.

Key responsibilities

• Take design briefs from concept to delivery, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Generate innovative ideas during creative brief sessions.
• Source images, create digital artwork and develop rich visual content for owned channels such as websites, apps and email.
• Design small animations and motion assets for digital campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver work on time while adhering to brand guidelines and client business goals.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, resourceful and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good eye for layout, photography, typesetting and retouching.
• Team‑player who supports colleagues and embraces new challenges.
• Ability to work disciplinedly with global brand guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and other industry‑standard design tools.
• Experience creating designs for multiple marketing channels (email, landing pages, social, OOH, events).
• Knowledge of motion design and 3D visualisation.
• Familiarity with Weavy, Google AI Studio and ChatGPT image/video generation.
