Demand Planner – South Region

About the role

The Demand Planner for the South Region will manage and balance the flow of information and goods across the supply chain. Using SAP IBP and statistical models, you will collaborate with commercial, marketing, finance, and regulatory teams to create accurate demand forecasts and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate statistical forecasting with local market insights, adjusting models only when accuracy improves.
• Prepare and lead monthly demand review sessions, consolidating sales, marketing, and historical data to achieve forecast consensus.
• Support clinic teams with planning and inventory management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to analyze tenders and events, building risk‑and‑opportunity scenarios.
• Manage the event tool in IBP for driver‑based planning of tenders and opportunities.
• Participate in yearly budget and quarterly estimate processes, providing demand consensus for budgeting.
• Work with finance and sales on the Vantage process to align demand and financial forecasts.
• Lead S&OP processes, acting as a bridge between local functions and the global supply chain.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning and S&OP within a tender‑driven market.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on forecast accuracy, bias, inventory levels, and service metrics.
• Ability to collaborate across commercial, marketing, finance, and regulatory teams.
• Business‑partner mindset, capable of challenging assumptions and driving improvements.
