Demand Generation Specialist

About the role

Our client, a growth‑stage B2B software company targeting $10M ARR, is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to own and scale their paid media engine. Reporting to the acting head of marketing, you will work closely with sales to drive pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own LinkedIn as the primary demand channel – manage content calendar, boosted posts, lead‑gen forms and audience building.
• Run and scale paid media across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and ChatGPT within the current $6‑7k/month budget, and build the case for expansion.
• Design, implement and maintain HubSpot campaign infrastructure – workflows, lifecycle stages, forms and attribution reporting.
• Leverage intent‑data tools (e.g., ZenABM) to build target account lists and route qualified accounts to sales.
• Report weekly on spend, MQLs, SQLs and pipeline contribution; run structured tests on creative, audiences and offers.
• Develop AI‑assisted workflows using ChatGPT, Claude and prompt‑driven processes to increase output without additional headcount.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience with direct pipeline ownership.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn organic and paid tactics.
• Hands‑on experience managing at least $5,000/month in paid media spend and scaling a channel 5x.
• In‑house marketing background; agency‑only experience is a disqualifier.
• Stable tenure history with no pattern of short‑term roles.
