Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager

About the role

CARTO is seeking a Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager to own campaigns and programs that turn pipeline targets into booked opportunities. You will work remotely, supporting the Growth & Demand Generation team across Spain or Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns (email, paid, content syndication) targeting core verticals.
• Own small‑scale in‑person events (workshops, roundtables, dinners) and coordinate with the events manager from concept to execution.
• Design and run non‑digital ABM tactics such as direct mail, executive gifting, and account‑specific collateral.
• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to shape event guest lists and convert engagement into qualified pipeline.
• Maintain campaign and event tracking in HubSpot and Salesforce, reporting performance against pipeline and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to plan and run small‑to‑mid scale in‑person events end‑to‑end.
• Strong project‑management skills and data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce.
