Demand Finance Manager

About the role

The Demand Finance Manager supports Sales, Marketing and the Finance Leadership Team by delivering financial analysis, insights and accurate reporting that drive decision‑making for demand generation, channel and brand profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Support period‑closing activities, reporting actual results, insights and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Perform financial analysis on sales volume, gross sales value, commercial discounts, net sales value, channel/customer growth and profitability, and brand/item performance.
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Team on channel and customer strategy and analysis.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on portfolio performance and evaluate the financial feasibility of innovations or renovations.
• Assist the Finance team with the financial planning process, including annual plans and medium‑to‑long‑term value‑creation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• 3‑4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills.
