Delivery & Executive Operations Associate (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are a small technology firm developing crypto, wallet and AI products. Reporting directly to the Co‑CEO, you will organise the flow of information across departments, turning vague instructions into clear, trackable work and ensuring the operating record stays trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Convert voice notes, rough briefs and meeting outputs into clear tasks with owners, deadlines and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the Lark project‑management system as the reliable source of truth.
• Assign tasks, set owners and monitor progress through to completion.
• Prepare bilingual briefs, summaries and hand‑offs to coordinate across development, engineering and other teams.
• Support engineering with project briefs, technical specifications and requirements documentation.
• Leverage internal AI tools to draft, summarise and verify outputs, always with human review.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously after onboarding.
• Outstanding written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Calm under ambiguity, able to manage multiple open threads and flag gaps proactively.
• Discreet with sensitive business information.
• Curious about AI and technology; crypto/Web3 experience is a plus but not required.
