About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Deals Diligence Analytics Manager. You will lead financial due‑diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive value for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end financial due‑diligence processes for M&A transactions.
• Analyse financial statements, perform comprehensive reviews and build financial models to support deal valuations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.
• Identify growth opportunities, optimise working capital and conduct market‑trend analysis.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial due‑diligence or deal analytics, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and complex financial information.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead teams in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
