Deal Technology Manager – Strategy & Execution

About the role

EY-Parthenon’s Deal Technology practice advises on complex global transactions, helping clients plan separations, integrations and value‑creation initiatives. As a Deal Technology Manager you will lead IT‑focused projects across sectors, supporting both pre‑deal and post‑deal engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute IT‑centric projects such as operational carve‑out planning, integration planning and tracking.
• Develop and deliver strategies that enable transactions, translating client needs into actionable outcomes.
• Coach junior colleagues and collaborate with cross‑functional EY‑Parthenon teams.

Required profile

• At least five years of professional experience, including significant management‑consulting exposure.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills for senior‑leadership audiences.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as required.
