Data, Analytics & Insights Specialist

About the role

NP Digital LATAM is seeking a Data, Analytics & Insights Specialist to lead the design and maintenance of multichannel reporting and analytics for its Strategy department. Working remotely from Argentina or any other eligible Latin American country, you will turn data from social media, SEO/GEO, paid media and email marketing into clear, actionable insights that drive client performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain executive dashboards that consolidate data from Social Media, SEO/GEO, Paid Media and Email using Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.
• Build and automate reporting templates and scheduled outputs for recurring client deliverables, ensuring visual consistency and data accuracy.
• Conduct periodic deep‑dive analyses across all digital channels to uncover trends, performance drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and clear storytelling for internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of data‑driven processes, frameworks and best practices across the agency.

Required profile

• Resides in, and is legally eligible to work in, a Latin American country (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru or Ecuador preferred).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑forward culture.

• Proficiency in Looker Studio.
