Cybersecurity Specialist – Incident Response

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist focused on Incident Response to join our Security Operations Center (SOC). In this role you will protect QFG’s infrastructure and data by detecting, analyzing, and responding to cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Support the alert development cycle, triage and investigate security alerts.
• Manage the full incident response lifecycle: investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Collect, track, and report metrics related to security incidents.
• Collaborate with internal customers, vendor support teams, and Cybersecurity/IT groups to ensure proper use of security tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and new security initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience working in a SOC or incident response environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Commitment to maintaining security best practices and corporate policies.
