About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Team Leader to head our support operations for the Argentina region. This remote position involves guiding supervisors and their agents to deliver high‑quality service across all channels.

Key responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Customer Support function for the assigned region.
Manage and support supervisors and their teams of support agents.
Monitor overall team performance, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance.
Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to spot trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Team Leader, Operations Manager, or Senior Supervisor in customer support or iGaming environments.
Strong understanding of support operations, KPIs, and service‑quality frameworks.
Experience working with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and performance‑analytics tools.
