Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to act as the primary liaison between guests and our internal operations team. The role blends direct guest assistance with coordination of daily operational tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for travelers using our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for guests via Airbnb, WhatsApp Business, email and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, meeting platform response‑time standards.
• Follow up on all guest requests until fully resolved.
• Coordinate check‑ins, early check‑in requests, inspections and cleaning schedules.
• Make operational decisions within defined guidelines and escalate when needed.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on the guest experience.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams to align actions and expectations.
• Support weekend operations and ensure continuity during shift changes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer support or a guest‑facing role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating tasks with operational teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Availability to work early morning hours aligned with European time zones.
• Own a computer and reliable internet connection for remote work.
