About the role

ONORS is looking for a proactive Customer Support Agent to join its remote team in Argentina. You will help scale the support operation by integrating AI tools and improving service workflows, ensuring athletes receive fast and helpful assistance.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat about orders, shipping, subscriptions, returns, and product questions.
Maintain quick response times and high satisfaction levels.
Create and maintain macros and help‑center articles.
Assist in automating and scaling support processes using AI tools as volume grows.

Required profile

Fluent written English.
1‑3 years of experience in customer support or customer success.
Based in South America with the ability to work remotely.
Available to overlap with US business hours.

Required skills

Experience with a help‑desk platform such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Gorgias.

Compensation ranging from USD 1,000 to 1,200 per month.
