About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to drive and develop a high‑performing team of specialists focused on delivering exceptional customer service and quality.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of specialists/analysts working on customer service processes and quality.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through implementation.
Oversee quality control by analyzing quality metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements.
Ensure alignment with customer support KPIs and service quality frameworks.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Team Leader or Operations Manager in customer support or iGaming environments.
Strong understanding of customer support operations, KPIs, and service quality frameworks.
Ability to manage remote teams and multiple concurrent projects.
