Customer Success Specialist

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join its Services Customer Success team. You will help priority customers and market segments maximize the value of Mastercard’s network products by delivering proactive engagement, tailored solutions, and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to assess solution viability and understand cyber‑threat landscapes in the financial and payments sectors.
• Identify optimization opportunities that drive customer value and align with strategic goals.
• Articulate and track key performance indicators related to cost, usage, and impact.
• Support senior Customer Success Managers in delivering value‑focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Management, and delivery groups—to ensure seamless implementation of Mastercard network products.
• Contribute to business growth by qualifying leads for value expansion and providing feedback for product and process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role within B2B technology or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate solution feasibility and security considerations.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross‑team collaboration.
• Proactive attitude toward driving customer adoption and satisfaction.
