About the role
Social Discovery Group is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join its global remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for users of our dating and social discovery platforms, helping them resolve issues, retain their membership, and discover new features.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across all company websites.
- Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure high retention rates.
- Promote relevant services and features when appropriate.
- Maintain consistent service quality and meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication (additional Japanese, Spanish or Chinese is a plus).
- Experience supporting international customers.
- Fast typing speed in English.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain large volumes of product information.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Proactive, can‑do attitude with a focus on delivering solutions.

- Full‑time remote position with a 10 pm‑7 am UTC shift (5 days on, 2 days off).
