Customer Success Manager

About the role

BetterPros is seeking a strategic, consultative Customer Success Manager to own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of U.S.-based architecture and AEC clients. This full‑time, remote position requires working U.S. business hours and acting as a trusted advisor and growth driver.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and operational relationships for assigned client accounts, including kick‑off meetings and periodic performance reviews.
• Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with leadership, delivering consolidated performance and financial reports.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, define monthly billable‑hours forecasts, and conduct account health reviews.
• Create and manage candidate search tickets, collaborating with Recruiting through shortlisting, interviews, and selection.
• Resolve client and professional issues, mediate conflicts, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related AEC discipline with hands‑on project experience.
• Prior experience with U.S.‑based AEC companies and solid understanding of U.S. construction phases and imperial standards.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of detecting and closing account expansion opportunities.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with confidence in executive‑level conversations.

Required skills

• Technical fluency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, construction documentation, and rendering.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and basic financial analysis/forecasting.
