Customer Success Manager

About the role

Mastercard is expanding its Services Customer Success team to help customers maximise the value of its network products. The role focuses on building strong partnerships, driving adoption, and ensuring customers achieve their strategic objectives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate deep customer relationships by understanding business needs and managing health throughout product launch and post‑sale phases.
• Identify optimisation opportunities that increase customer value and align with Mastercard’s strategic goals.
• Articulate and track key performance indicators to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and delivery teams to deliver the full value proposition.
• Lead technical and program readiness activities to ensure smooth implementation of network products.
• Support regional strategic priorities and contribute to business growth through upsell and expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account management or related roles within technology or payments services.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, network products and cybersecurity considerations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, technical and support teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with the capability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
