Customer Success Manager – Google Marketing Platform

About the role

Google’s advertising solutions help businesses of all sizes grow in a fast‑changing market. As a Customer Success Manager for the Google Marketing Platform, you will combine a passion for sales with deep knowledge of online media to drive customer success and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with advertisers, agencies and other clients, understanding their business challenges, marketing objectives and success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects and workflows are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Present Google advertising products and solutions that align with client goals and drive business growth.
• Develop forward‑thinking, data‑driven strategies that leverage the Google Marketing Platform suite.
• Act as an owner‑mindset partner, moving quickly through change and identifying innovative ways to achieve results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing or consulting.
• Experience working with advertisers, agencies or clients.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, 4 years managing digital marketing/advertising campaigns, 3 years project management, 2 years in a complex matrixed organization, and leadership experience (either without direct reports or with people‑management responsibilities).
