Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

CookUnity is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join its fast‑growing support team. You will be the primary point of contact for subscribers, helping them understand the product, resolve issues, and feel valued throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests via email and chat, providing prompt and courteous resolutions.
• Address time‑sensitive matters such as payment problems, account questions, delivery issues, and technical troubleshooting.
• Assist clients with subscription, product, and service inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Escalate critical cases to the CX Supervisor for proper follow‑up.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and general subscription requests.
• Develop deep expertise in CookUnity’s offerings, differentiators, and value proposition.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound customer issue resolution (email, phone, or chat).
• Exceptional written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Highly organized and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude, strong people skills, and willingness to go the extra mile for teammates.
• Commitment to quality and empathy as guiding principles.
• Knowledge of nutrition or fine‑dining concepts is a plus.
