Customer Care Agent – Argentina

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our global team in Argentina. The role focuses on building lasting relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the entire customer journey with our product.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture long‑term relationships and proactively identify issues throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Oversee and mentor clients to guarantee satisfaction with our solutions and processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing success.
• Monitor customer status, flag potential risks, and showcase new product features.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive expansion within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading customer‑facing teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to build or support differentiated service tiers or unique customer segments.
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Hands‑on attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends.
