Creator Coordinator – Manage Influencer Content

About the role

We are looking for a Creator Coordinator to source, onboard, and manage creators who produce engaging content for paid social campaigns. You will keep projects organized, ensure timely delivery, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and vet creators on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms that match brand goals.
• Manage the full creator lifecycle: outreach, onboarding, briefing, feedback, and payments.
• Coordinate multiple creator projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and creative standards.
• Maintain project visibility using ClickUp, Google Workspace, and other workflow tools.
• Communicate daily with creators to clarify briefs, revisions, and submission deadlines.
• Build and nurture long‑term creator relationships for ongoing collaborations.
• Collaborate with strategists and project managers to streamline UGC production and improve internal processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in influencer coordination, digital project management, or creator marketing.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills with a love for structure and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and current UGC trends.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
