Creative Strategist (Meta Ads)

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to power the creative engine of one of the fastest‑growing DTC ecommerce brands in the United States. You will research audiences, craft high‑impact hooks, and launch a constant stream of Meta ad tests that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Research customers and uncover winning insights.
• Develop hooks, messaging, and creative concepts for Meta ads.
• Write high‑converting creative briefs.
• Analyse why ads succeed or fail and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with creators, editors, and media buyers.
• Launch a high volume of creative tests each week.
• If skilled in editing, turn raw footage into high‑performing Meta ads, improve pacing, and iterate winning creatives.

• Passionate about advertising and constantly studies winning ads.
• Fast executor who tests ideas quickly and learns from data.
• Performance‑first mindset – the ad’s ability to sell matters most.
• Naturally curious about customers and market gaps.
• Competitive and growth‑oriented, always seeking improvement.
