Creative Strategist

About the role

Lilo Social is looking for a Creative Strategist to own the end‑to‑end creative testing engine for a portfolio of direct‑to‑consumer brands. You will translate research and insights into high‑performing paid‑social concepts that drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research and insights by mining customer reviews, competitor ad libraries, audience pain points and product differentiators to identify winning angles and positioning strategies.
• Own the creative testing strategy, building structured roadmaps with clear hypotheses, variables, iteration plans and learning agendas.
• Create world‑class creative briefs that turn insights into actionable direction for designers and video editors, including hooks, messaging frameworks, visual concepts and success criteria.
• Map the customer journey from awareness to purchase and translate it into compelling paid‑social concepts that tell a performance‑focused story.
• Develop UGC and production guidance, such as shot lists, video scripts and creator direction, to support scalable content creation.
• Collaborate closely with design, video, media buying and account teams while maintaining direct communication with clients to set creative direction and priorities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into creative hypotheses.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven experience developing and executing creative testing frameworks for direct‑to‑consumer brands.
