About the role
We are seeking a Creative Strategist to own the end‑to‑end creative pipeline for our performance‑driven ad agency. You will translate data insights into production‑ready concepts that power high‑performing Meta and TikTok campaigns for DTC brands.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, hook rate, hold rate) to uncover winning patterns.
- Develop clear, detailed creative briefs that include copy, visual references, format specifications, and asset breakdowns.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers and video editors to ensure briefs are precise and production‑ready.
- Maintain a meticulous workflow to prevent bottlenecks and keep output velocity high.
- Stay up‑to‑date with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline research, ideation, and copy generation.
Required profile
- Proven experience creating and managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad creatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build detailed briefs that translate strategy into actionable production guidance.
- Advanced English proficiency for interpreting data and drafting concepts.
- Strong understanding of direct‑response e‑commerce strategies, conversion funnels, and CPA/ROAS optimization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for spotting inconsistencies before production.
Required skills
- Meta Ads platform (Facebook & Instagram).
- AI content tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Performance metric analysis (CTR, CPA, hook rate, hold rate).
