Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end creative production engine that powers user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple digital products. The role is fully remote and focuses on developing, testing, and scaling video, static, GIF, and landing‑page assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full creative pipeline for user acquisition, delivering 100+ assets per month.
• Manage landing‑page and funnel production, coordinating developers and designers across ~20 projects monthly.
• Research, prototype, and test new creative concepts and formats beyond incoming briefs.
• Analyze performance data to decide which assets to scale, iterate, or retire.
• Write clear briefs and scripts, and directly produce and edit photo and video content.
• Coordinate freelance creatives and external agencies, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Explore and integrate AI‑powered creative generation tools to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and cross‑functional teams to align creative output with acquisition goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, operations, or a similar role, preferably in mobile gaming, iGaming, or B2C digital products.
• Background in fast‑paced, startup or digital environments.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based creative tools and mobile‑first ad formats for Meta and TikTok.
• Proven ability to develop concepts, write briefs, and edit visual content.
