Creative Enablement Senior Associate

About the role

The Creative Enablement Senior Associate (Project Manager) works within the Jack in the Box team at Carat in Buenos Aires. The role translates client files and requirements into trafficking sheets, creative rotation schedules and detailed instruction documents for local television and digital placements. It links clients, accounts and media teams with internal traffic and operations teams, and accuracy is critical because errors can affect client relationships and require make-goods.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client files to identify creative assets, placement specifications and campaign requirements.
• Own projects and workstreams from intake to completion, tracking deliverables and deadlines.
• Create trafficking sheets covering placement schedules, media specifications and broadcast requirements for TV and digital.
• Develop creative rotation documentation and produce instruction documents for internal teams.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify specifications and confirm details (English fluency required).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, keeping timelines, task lists and status trackers up to date.
• Proactively flag errors in client specifications and coordinate with account, media, traffic and other teams.
• Review completed work against client specs, own quality control and document processes and best practices.
• Share knowledge, take part in team meetings and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English, as the role is client-facing.
• 2-4 years of experience in media operations, broadcast production, project management or a related field.
• Experience in an advertising agency, media company or broadcast environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST); Eastern Standard Time (EST) acceptable.
• Portfolio or work samples showing trafficking sheets or instructional documents preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of local TV trafficking and broadcast specifications; familiarity with digital media requirements preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and project management tools.
• Ability to interpret incomplete or ambiguous client specifications and to work independently and collaboratively.
