CPG Marketing Associate Account Director

About the role

You will own a portfolio of 4‑6 CPG accounts—primarily beauty, personal care, wellness, or food & beverage brands—acting as the primary strategic partner. You will guide cross‑channel marketing, translate data into insights, and ensure all efforts align with revenue growth across DTC, retail, and Amazon ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts and support PM‑led calls on smaller accounts, owning the performance narrative.
• Track performance across DTC, retail media, and Amazon ecosystems, identifying cross‑channel dynamics and surfacing insights.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, influencer and creative teams around a unified account strategy.
• Advise on channel mix and investment allocation across DTC, retail and Amazon, flagging cannibalisation.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in CPG, eCommerce or retail marketing, managing client relationships day‑to‑day.
• Strong understanding of the CPG channel landscape, including DTC, retail media and Amazon basics.
• Ability to present to director‑ and VP‑level stakeholders and translate complex channel dynamics into clear narratives.
