Counter Manager – Retail Sales Leader

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates in a fast‑paced beauty retail environment. You will own the store’s performance, driving sales, customer service, and operational targets through strategic planning and hands‑on leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of Sales Associates.
• Create and execute an agile business plan to attract and retain customers.
• Plan and deliver impactful in‑store events and promotions.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure exceptional service.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust resources as needed.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
• Results‑driven with a high drive to meet objectives.
• High attention to detail, organisational skills and autonomy.
