About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, customer service and operational targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute an agile business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting and in‑store events.
- Lead a high‑performing team, providing coaching, performance guidance and accountability.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and handling difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Oversee financial planning, resource allocation and store performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and coaching experience in retail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Results‑oriented with a high drive to meet objectives.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to team success.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with computerised retail systems, email and basic office software.
