About the role

Easypeasy, a fast‑growing e‑learning platform focused on English learning, is seeking a Copywriter & Creative Strategist to craft engaging short‑form video scripts. You will turn real‑life situations into compelling video content that captures viewers in the first few seconds.

Key responsibilities

• Generate concepts for short‑form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that feel native to each platform.
• Write scripts for organic and paid video across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, prioritising the hook in the first 2‑3 seconds.
• Develop multiple script variations to test effectiveness and optimise conversions while maintaining authenticity.
• Continuously research trends, consume social content, and share actionable insights with the team.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content creators to ensure scripts are shootable, credible, and platform‑appropriate.

Required profile

• Obsessive consumer of social content with an instinct for what makes a video stop the scroll.
• Ability to articulate why a hook works, how tension is built, and why the brand feels natural.
• Experience writing scripts for native short‑form formats (UGC, creator content, paid social with an organic tone).
• Fluent English and a results‑oriented mindset focused on views, leads and enrollments.
