Controller & Reporting Senior Analyst

About the role

The Controller & Reporting Senior Analyst consolidates corporate financial statements, prepares external reports for shareholders and regulators, and delivers monthly management reporting and analysis. The role also supports tax accounting, internal controls, and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate corporate financial statements and produce monthly management reports.
• Prepare external financial disclosures for shareholders, the SEC, and other regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial analytical support, including competitor analysis and tax provision impact.
• Ensure data integrity across corporate and operating company systems.
• Lead tax accounting technical support and guide internal stakeholders.
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support digital finance initiatives, expanding use of Power Query, Power BI, PowerApps, and SAP S/4HANA.

Required profile

• Analytical and critical thinking with the ability to link financial results to operational events.
• Strong communication skills to present complex topics clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Leadership and initiative to drive department projects and influence teams without direct authority.

Required skills

• Accounting degree.
• MS 365 proficiency (Power Query, Power BI, PowerApps).
• SAP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Advanced Excel and database handling capabilities.
